Refund and Return Policy

At AVR Raji Collections, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in packing and delivering every product. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received is different from what was ordered

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags (if applicable)
  • With original packaging

2. Return Request Time Limit

Customers must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Color difference due to lighting, screen resolution, or mobile display
  • Sale/discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

4. How to Request a Return / Replacement

To request a return or replacement, contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photo/video (clear proof)
  • Reason for return/replacement

5. Return Pickup / Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will guide you on the return process.
  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the product back to us.
  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the issue and location.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (if prepaid)
  • If paid through UPI/bank transfer, refund will be sent to the same account

Refund processing time:

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after product verification.


7. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible for replacement:

  • A replacement will be shipped after verification
  • Replacement delivery time depends on product availability and shipping location

If the product is not available, we will provide a refund or store credit.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
